Unboxing and Product Inspection Requirement: Power to You 😊
Upon receiving your order, it is important to carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure everything is in good condition. For verification purposes, we require customers to record a video while unboxing the package.
The video should clearly show –
- The unopened package
- The unpacking process
- The condition of the product upon arrival.
[Note – The video serves as documented proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery, may be required for any future issues with the order.]
Damaged or Wrong Product Policy: You are important to us!
In the event, if the product is found to be damaged or wrong product received, as found in the unboxing process video recording, we will initiate a necessary action without any further delay refund of the prepaid or cash on delivery amount.
Please notify us over connect@bekaarstreet.com or WhatsApp at +91 91440 91550, immediately upon discovering any damage and provide the video recording as proof.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return and refund process to ensure a swift resolution of the issue.
By accepting this policy, you acknowledge that the video recording serves as conclusive evidence of the product’s condition upon delivery, and you agree to cooperate with our customer service team to facilitate the refund process if necessary.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bekaar Street believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel your order with order id by emailing us at connect@bekaarstreet.com or WhatsApp us at +91 91440 91550. We will not be able to process cancellations after this period.
Return Policy
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you need to share a complete unboxing video at connect@bekaarstreet.com to be eligible for the returning the product. The video can also be shared with us over WhatsApp only from registered number. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- We accept returns for products that are unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery with Unboxing Video.
- We will arrange for pickup basis approval of product returning criterias set by Bekaar Street, shall will be communicated with the customer on a timely basis.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Bekaar Street marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Birthday, Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore Cancellations are not possible. Heavily Discounted items like 25% or more or Buy X Get Y items offer – doesn’t fall under return policy.
- No cancellation will be accepted for any orders with customized products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- It is important to understand that products are purely handmade or handpainted, thus images & actual may vary due to photography/technical reasons.
Refund Policy
- We offer a 100% refund on all orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Refund will initiated to your originating payment method used during payment. On exception case basis, refund can be done to Bank Account, if request is received from registered mail id.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation or receipt of the returned product.
Points to Remember
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on our website are only approximate values. While Bekaar Street shall endeavour to ensure the accuracy of order of the products, there may be variations in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of climatic situations at the time of dying, lighting, digital photography limitations, difference in displays or any other technical or technological reasons. A customer must place an order keeping in mind that minor variation
may occur in colour, weight, andwork, size, etc. as seen on the website against the actual product received.
Do return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end. Always return with original packing & original condition (complete unboxing video and used items). Always include a copy of the original invoice you received from us.
Do’s and Don’ts while receiving a Parcel
- If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
- The Delivery man’s duty is limited with the delivery of the package to you safely.No more discussion should be entertained.
- It’s very important that you should never send back an item without consulting with us. You should NOT send back the item until and unless you have verified with us otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given on such cases.
- Be very much specific while describing the problem because all the returned items are throughly examined for defects and other related issues.
- Since safe and secured delivery to you is always our responsibility, in the same way sending back the items safe and secured becomes your responsibility. If any unwanted damage happens in transit or the package doesn’t get delivered to us, then we are sorry to say that we cannot help you.
- if the customer denies to receive the order from delivery person, we will not initiate any refund but we can reschedule delivery but the charges has to be paid by customer only.Â
